Our refunds policy is available HERE.
According to Amazon terms & conditions: An item that is “print on demand” is manufactured when the order is received. IF YOU RECEIVE A BOOK THAT IS DAMAGED, Amazon will handle the refund, replacement, etc… based on THEIR criterias.
